I have developed a variety of workshops that are customize for in-service training. Each workshop has a duel focus- team building and skill enhancement. They are carefully crafted to move your employees further along a spectrum of skill; everyone gets something different from the experience dependent on the level in which they started.

These are interactive and hands on. Though there is an educational component, the bulk of the learning comes from practice. The goal is to transform our very way of being to be more aligned with the spirit and principles of MI.
